Why do I have to register? |

In today's evolving marketplace, customer security is a top priority. We want to make sure that each of our licensed dealer's identities are protected. To accomplish this, we must verify your contact information for you to receive your special dealer or ASI discounts. Registration also streamlines the ordering process for quick order placements. |

How do I place an order online? |
|

Once we have approved your registration, you can immediately place an order by browsing our entire catalog online. Your special dealership discount prices will be displayed once you've finished registration as well. Simply add your desired products to the cart and submit your order. |

How do I place an ASI custom order? |
|
| |
Once your member registration is approved, you can immediately log in and browse our custom catalog with your special ASI discounts. Go to the ASI member section click on the appropriate product type you want (like license frames). Now you can choose your material finish, imprint method, or other specifications and then upload your artwork for approval. Once you submit for a quote, you will get an automatic minimum price quote, and we will review your artwork if there will be extra charges based on imprint difficulty. |

I don't want to use online ordering, can I fax or call the order in like before? |
|

Although we have a state of the art online ordering process, if you feel more comfortable with phone or fax orders, you are more than welcome to. Once you are a registered member, you can download the paper order forms straight from the member section. Simply download the form, print it out, and you can fax your order to (714) 903-7530. Or if you wish to speak with our friendly customer service representatives, we are here from 9 AM to 5:30 PM pacific time at (714) 903-7550. |

Which license frames are legal for my state? |
|
| |
Every state has their own laws and regulations regarding what license frames they allow. The majority of states are pretty relaxed about covering up certain parts of the frame, but as long as the decals and state name are visible, there should be no problem. However certain states (such as Texas) have very strict regulations on what license frames they allow. We have top decal, bottom decal, and universal fit frames to accomodate even the most strict regulations. However, please check with your local jurisdiction if you have any concerns regarding license plate regulations |
