Jeep

Jeep was known as Willy-Overland back in the late 1930’s when The US military needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle that could be small enough to maneuver around obstacles and carry at least 600 pounds. The US military needed a small truck style vehicle with the power of a truck. Willy-Overland created exactly what the US military needed which is what we call Jeep today. We have had several different types of Jeeps in the last 70 years and they all go back to that same style they were 70 years ago. They are always 4 wheel drive and have removable tops and doors.

Jeep has expanded their line with a fleet of different types and styles of vehicles. They have not gone away from the classic Jeep but they have remodeled the design slightly. You can always tell when you see a Jeep but it is very hard to determine how old the Jeep is especially if it is in great condition.
